Straight Visit ("we", "us") provides theme-park itinerary planning tools. This policy explains what personal data we process and why.

Data we process

Account data from Google Sign-In (email, name, avatar if provided).
Trip details you enter (dates, parks, group size, preferences).
Generated itineraries and feedback you submit.
Payment metadata via Stripe (we do not store full card numbers).
Technical logs needed for security and debugging.

Legal bases (GDPR)

We process data to perform our contract with you (account + itineraries), with your consent (optional cookies), and for legitimate interests such as securing the service and preventing abuse.

Your rights

You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, or object to certain processing. Contact us via the in-app Support page. You may also lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.

Retention

We keep account and trip data while your account is active, and for a limited period afterward where required for legal, tax, or security reasons.
