Terms of service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Straight Visit ("we", "us", "the service"), a theme-park itinerary planning tool. By creating an account or purchasing credits, you agree to these Terms.

The service

Straight Visit helps you plan theme-park visit itineraries using your inputs, park data, and AI-assisted routing. Plans are decision-support tools, not guarantees of wait times, showtimes, ride availability, or park operations.

We do not sell theme-park tickets, hotel stays, or park admissions. Straight Visit is an independent planning product and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any park operator (including Disney or related brands), unless we explicitly say otherwise.

Accounts

You must provide accurate account information and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that abuse the service, attempt fraud, or violate these Terms.

Credits and purchases

Paid features use prepaid credits. Each credit lets you generate one trip itinerary (including included free regenerations where offered). Credits are digital goods delivered to your account after successful payment via Stripe. Prices, pack sizes, and what a credit includes are described on our Pricing page. Payments are one-time charges for credit packs — not subscriptions — unless we introduce a subscription product and disclose it clearly.

Acceptable use

• Use the service for personal trip planning or lawful business planning.
• Do not attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or overload the service.
• Do not use generated plans to misrepresent official park information.
• Do not upload unlawful, abusive, or infringing content.

AI and accuracy

Itineraries may be generated or assisted by AI models. Outputs can contain errors or outdated details. Always confirm opening hours, reservations, height requirements, and park rules with official sources before you visit.

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Straight Visit is provided "as is" without warranties of uninterrupted or error-free operation. We are not liable for park closures, missed attractions, travel costs, or decisions you make based on a plan. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot be waived under applicable consumer law.
